Steve brings an in-depth knowledge base to Microfluidics. In his current role as Innovation and Technology Leader, Steve is focused on exploring solutions to help our customers achieve their critical solutions. As Director of Machines, Steve oversaw a highly skilled team of engineers, regional sales managers, distributors and application engineers develop and promote Microfluidics’ cutting-edge Microfluidizer® technology and delivery to our customers’ unique application outcomes.
With over 20 years of experience at Microfluidics, Steve has a broad range of experience including strategic growth management, global commercial product planning, new product developments and launch initiatives, account relationship building and support and team building and distribution channel management. Steve has been with Microfluidics International Corporation since 2004. During his tenure, he has held the positions of Director of Inside Sales and Applications (2004-2017) and Director Microfluidics Machines (2018-present).
Steve is an experienced Director of Inside Sales with a demonstrated history of working in nanotechnology applications, capital equipment, global sales and marketing. He is highly skilled in project management, process and product development, marketing and sales, in addition to a strong background in nanotechnology with a focus on particle size analysis, drug delivery systems and biotechnology.
Steve Mesite holds a Masters of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from
Tufts University (Boston, MA) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from
Northeastern University (Boston, MA).
